Consultant will lead or support in the sales and delivery of Operations Strategy offerings to Clients across the Americas Travel & Transportation industry segment. The consultant will assist in identifying and delivering opportunities focusing on the “how” of a business, including: operating model, transformation planning, process excellence, program management, and financial improvement. The Managing /Sr. Managing Consultant is expected to support the identification and development of client proposals, lead the Firm’s delivery team at the client site, develop and grow client relationships, and mentor and support internal consultants.

  • Seeking Senior Manager candidates only.  The more senior the better.
  • 1st Preference: Candidates with strong operations strategy consulting experience in the context of a large consultancy, combined with industry experience in the Travel & Transportation sector (Rail, Hotel industry, Marriot, Hilton, etc),  3PL, (3rd Party Logistics), Shipping (large container / bulk shipping, or Fed Ex / UPS type companies), Freight Shipping, Hospitality Industry (Casino’s / Gaming, Leisure Companies, etc), Travel Companies (Cruise Lines industry, Vacation industry, Apple Vacations, etc),
  • 2nd Preference: Candidates who are lighter in T&T industry experience if they have strong operations strategy consulting experience across other areas of the Distribution Sector (CPG, Pharma / Life Sciences, Retail).
  • 3rd Preference: Candidates with some T&T experience, especially with recent projects or come from the industry side in the past, and are very strong in consulting firm and Operations Strategy experience (even if no CPG, Pharma / Life Sciences, or Retail industry experience).
  • Candidates at the upper end of the range must have recent or current experience selling or helping in the sale of consulting services (in addition to delivery and project management).   This can be achieved through direct sales to clients, or assisting their Partners in sales cycles, RFP’s, Sales Presentations, etc.
