Bilingual Receptionist – Search Closed
Bilingual receptionist needed for a 6-8 week assignment. In this position you will answer phones, greet visitors, sort mail, identify and distribute faxes, and other general clerical duties as assigned. This is a temporary position at $12/hr.

Administrative Assistant
In this position you will serve primarily as the office manager of a one-person growing office and secondarily as a personal assistant. The ideal candidate will have proven skills in QuickBooks, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Customer Service. A very high degree of integrity, strong work ethic, self-motivated, self-supervising and a can-do/will-do attitude are a must. Currently, this job is 24-32 hours per week. Schedule is Tues-Thurs from 9:30am-5:00pm or 6pm with one late Tuesday night per month (8:30p). Schedule could change to include Mondays, and eventually Fridays, as the business grows. Position is evaluation hire at $15/hr.

Administrative Assistant Part Time
In this position you will provide administrative support for an accounting firm. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform other general clerical office duties as assigned, such as assemble tax packets, filing, and data entry. Basic accounting knowledge is helpful. You will work full time hours during busy tax season, then work part time hours, 2-3 days per week the rest of the year. Position is evaluation hire with resumes and interviews at $14/hr.

Executive Admin for CFO
This person will act as liaison for The Chief Financial Officer, and will provide senior level administrative support to the Finance Department. Essential Responsibilities will include:
Act as liaison of Chief Financial Officer/Finance Department to inside and outside sources. Decision maker in the absence of the CFO based on agreed upon limitations; coordination of CFO’s schedule, including meeting arrangements, meeting location, agendas, travel arrangements, transportation, accommodations, itinerary, and providing this information to others as needed. You will coordinate board meetings and take meeting minutes; prepare and present PowerPoint presentations to the Board, Managers, Supervisors, and other venues; heavily involved in compliance related data which includes gathering, maintaining, performing analysis and distributing data related to compliance issues; database design and maintenance; monitoring the budget for the Finance cost institution and makes expenditures as authorized by the CFO; lead researcher on issues and formulation of recommendations based upon assignments from CFO; provides senior level administrative support including: typing, word processing, spreadsheet creation, data entry, proofreading, editing, and production of final copy, copying, filing, and ordering supplies; provide, as directed, technical direction and guidance to subordinate clerical staff; performs all other duties as assigned. This is a 3 month project, resumes and interviews required.
Account Manager
In this position you will manage all aspects of customer satisfaction for each account. The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and grow their accounts and customer relationships. Provide initial program development, quotations, and pricing when required; develop project management timelines/deliverables; process initial customer requests, maintain client database accuracy, trouble-shoot technical concerns, and solve any documented recurring concerns. This is a direct hire opportunity, pay depending on experience $18-$20.
